Customer Service Mandarin Speaking

  • Competent to work as a team member and individually
  • Must be professional & punctual
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills-Mandarin/Chinese, English & Indonesian language
  • Problem solving skil

Customer Service English Speaking

  • Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
  • Compile Marketing team daily report
  • Responsible in monitoring and listing collateral stock
  • Responsible in sending EDM email to all new Bali Rewards Member

Customer Experience Management

Good command of English language, both verbal and written English, pleasant personality, good appearance, customer service oriented & attentive

Verification for Aussie

  • Fluent in English
  • Has sales experience
  • Customer service oriented
  • Excellent in Communication skills
  • Able work with Team

Social Media Manager

Are you creative? Strategic? Out of the Box? Fun Loving and sometimes crazy???

Join our marketing team here in BALI!!

Requirements:

  1. Advance knowledge of all social media platform (Facebook ads, Google Ad words, Instagram, etc)
  2. Advanced skill to do data analysis and advise on our strategy on how we maximize our social media presence.
  3. Able to handle and manage high budgets and drive it to maximize our results.
