Requirements:

– Excellent leadership, strategic planning, proactive, communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills (1)
– Minimum two years experiences in a similar position, preferably in a five star hotel or resort (1 & 2)
– Minimum one year experience in similar position, preferably in five star hotel or resort
– Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. Ability to speak other foreign languages is a plus
– Ability to multi-task
– Ability to handle guest requests in a detailed manner
– Must have excellent attention to detail, and extensive service knowledge
– Have high commitment to the job
