Customer Service Mandarin Speaking (Bali)

  • Competent to work as a team member and individually
  • Must be professional & punctual
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills-Mandarin/Chinese, English & Indonesian language
  • Problem solving skil

Customer Service English Speaking (Bali)

  • Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
  • Compile Marketing team daily report
  • Responsible in monitoring and listing collateral stock
  • Responsible in sending EDM email to all new Bali Rewards Member

Senior Guest Relationship Officer (Bali)

Good command of English language both verbal and written, he/she has min 3 years experience as Guest Relationship Officer/Concierge/Customer Service/Public Relation, pleasant personality, good appearance, customer service oriented & attentive

Telemarketing (Bali)

Karma Club Sales & Promotions Coordinator

(Bali)

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3-5 year’s direct sales or promotions experience.
  • Experience within the events and entertainment sector.
  • Driven and motivated with evidence of achieving targets.
  • Highly organized with good attention to detail and time management.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive acquisition of new Karma Club members at Karma Kandara Resort and Karma Beach Club Bali.
  • Set up and management of Karma Club branding and marketing material.
  • Hitting targets and delivering results.
  • Help with the recruitment and management of part time promotions team. (When needed)
  • Communicating with the resorts team as well as other internal Karma Group departments.
  • Able to work on weekends.

Spa Supervisor (Jimbaran, Bali)

  • Has background experience as Senior Spa Therapist/Spa Supervisor
  • Fluent in English
  • Has leadership skills
  • Great positive attitude

Spa Therapist (Jimbaran, Bali/Gili Meno, Lombok; Bali)

  • Has background experience as Spa Therapist
  • Fluent in English
  • Great positive attitude

Trainee (All Department) (Jimbaran, Bali/Ungasan, Bali)
