PANDAWA CLIFF ESTATE (Villa Rose, Marie & villa Markisa) – Are you a seasoned hospitality professional with a passion for luxury service and exceptional guest experiences? We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven General Manager to lead our exclusive luxury villas and ensure that every guest enjoys a world-class stay. With more than 60 events per year, the ideal candidate would be;
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Degree in hospitality Industry or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hospitality management, preferably in luxury resort, hotel, or private villa
- Proven tract record of managing day-to-day operations, including guest services, maintenance, and staff management.
- Experience in overseeing budgeting, financial planning and cost control.
- Strong understanding of luxury standards and guest satisfaction in high-end accommodations.
KEY SKILLS:
- Exceptional communication skills, fluent in English and additional languages will be an advantage.
- High attention to detail and ensure that every aspect of the guests’ experience is seamless and of the highest standard.
- Ability to manage guests and staff from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to manage, motivate, and train staff across various departments (butler, housekeeping, maintenance, chef, etc.).
- Strong focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences and handling VIP clients.
- Proficiency in managing daily operations, including property upkeep, scheduling, and supply chain management.
- Capable of managing budgets, forecasting, revenue management, and ensuring profitability.
- Ability to work with marketing team (EH) to attract guests and boost occupancy.
- Skilled in handling complaints, emergencies, and unforeseen issues swiftly and efficiently.
- A strong sense of confidentiality and professionalism, particularly when dealing with high-profile or VIP guests.
- Willingness to work irregular hours, including weekend and holidays, based on guest needs.
