- At least have 2 years experience with related job applied
- Strong knowledge in guest relations / experience
- Understand FO working system
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in speaking and writing English
- Able to work in a team and a good team player
- Punctual, discipline and hard worker
- Well groomed and hospitable
- Friendly and outgoing personality
