Requirements
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in a similar Human Resources Manager role.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and overall HR operations.
- Well-versed in Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
- Proven ability to develop, implement, and ensure compliance with HR policies, SOPs, and systems.
- Capable of managing complex employee matters with professionalism, fairness, and firmness.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, is required.
