- Sous Chef
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of culinary staff, Including chefs, cooks, and kitchen helpers.
- Develop and maintain high-quality menu items that align with the hotel’s culinary philosophy.
- Ensure adherence to food safety standars and regulations.
- Monitor food costs and inventory levels.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new culinary concepts
- Train and mentor junior culinary staff.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of all dishes
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a sous chef or a related position
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques
- Excellent leadership and organization
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Passion for creating delicious food
