We are looking for qualified and dynamic talents to joint our successful pre-opening team for the following position:
Sales Manager (Wedding & Event)
General Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Sales, preferably handling Wedding, Events, Activities, or Food & Beverage sales in hospitality industry
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and generating revenue
- Strong knowledge of wedding market, social events, and F&B event planning
- Excellent networking skills with wedding organizers, event planners, travel agents, and corporate clients
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
- Able to create attractive event, wedding, and activity packages based on market trends
- Strong understanding of customer needs and ability to deliver customized solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as within a team
- Familiar with digital marketing and social media promotion for wedding and event sales will be an advantage
