Our Location:

Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay is located on the southern tip of the island of Bali on the northeast slopes of the Bukit peninsula. Luxuriously appointed private villas are built into a gently terraced hillside named Bukit Permai, which means “beautiful hill”.

About the Job:

The Airport Representative is an integral part of the Front Office team who will greet guests at the airport and ensure our guests have a smooth arrival and departure experience. Assisting guest with their luggage and making transportation arrangements to and from the hotel.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

  • Excellent communication and organization skills; reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language. Knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work all types of shifts, weekends and holidays.
  • Outstanding adaptability/flexibility, service passion, professionalism, and good attitude.
  • The candidate must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Minimum qualification of Diploma.


  • Handling guest arrival with pick up request, the transportation and guest luggage.
  • Provide all hotel facilities information to the guest and assists them into the car.
  • To communicate with Front Office team when guest on their way to the hotel.
  • Handles all guests need at the airport with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
  • Resolves customer complaints, assist customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, etc.
  • Be present at all scheduled flight landings and assist arrival guest and directing then to transport facilities.
  • Stand by at the arrival terminal for every flight arrival.
  • Any changes on arrival and departure flight must be reported to Front Office manager and Chief Concierge.
  • Responsible for good service and maintain close relationship with all official sectors at the airport and most of all, work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers, hotel personnel and supervisors.
