Requirements :
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the same position in 4 or 5 star properties ( 1,2,3 )
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills ( 1,2,3 )
- Proficiency in HACCP , food safety and hygiene practice ( 1,2 )
- Good english and good communication skills ( 1,2,3 )
- Ability to drive sales and revenue growth through promotions, up selling and excellent service ( 2 )
- Good sense of Food and beverage business ( 3 )
