As the Cluster Director of Food and Beverage, you will manage a total of 7 restaurants and bars, in addition to our Club and lounges, and events venues, each outlet and venue has its own ambiance and character. Next to delivering top notch service, the ideal candidate shares our values of Empathy, Integrity, Respect, Inclusion, Experimental, & Wellbeing and translate these in the day-to-day operations and cultivate them within the team.
In this cluster role you will be responsible for leading the Food and Beverage Operations of both hotels whilst ensuring smooth coordination and execution of both teams & offers in line with Hyatt Brand Standards, developing creativity and offer the highest comfort and satisfaction to our guests.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing day-to-day operation of the Hotel’s restaurants, bars, & Events of Hyatt Regency Bali and Andaz Bali
  • Manage approved budget, monitors revenues and cost on a daily basis and take corrective action
  • Prepares and implements Food & Beverage sales/marketing Strategies and programs
  • Attends to guests concerns and complaints as appropriate to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality
  • Achieves profitability goals for Hotel’s restaurants, bars, & banquets while providing the guest with quality service and achieving target guest satisfaction scores
  • Communicates between departments within Food and Beverage to ensure a smooth operation on all sides.
  • Ensure for self and team to work in a supportive, collaborative and flexible manner with other departments, in a spirit of “We work through Teams”.
  •  Providing coaching and counseling for Food & Beverage colleagues. Ensure the team members get the opportunity to grow and enhance their career journey with the company.


  • This position is open for Indonesian & Expatriate
  • Ideally, with a degree or diploma in Hospitality or F&B related field
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience as a Director of Food & Beverage in a renowned / prestigious /luxurious hotel
  • Proven leadership, interpersonal, time management, analytical, and excellent organizational skills
  • Being the strategic business leader of the property’s Food and Beverage operations
  • Keeping standards of the brand and service for customers and associates
  • Monitoring the development and implementation of Food and Beverage strategies
  • Financial performance of the department, Budgeting, and Revenue.
