Summary

You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International’s Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Communication Center Manager is responsible to manage the Communication Center Department and work closely with Marketing and Sales and other relevant Rooms Departments to maximize Room Yield through Inventory Control while delivering exceptional customer service in line with the Hyatt’s Brand Standards.

Qualifications

Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Reservation Manager or Front Office Manager in larger operation. Strong on Training, good problem solving, a strong communicator, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
