Our Location:

Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay is located on the southern tip of the island of Bali on the northeast slopes of the Bukit peninsula. Luxuriously appointed private villas are built into a gently terraced hillside named Bukit Permai, which means “beautiful hill”.

About the Job:

The Concierge represents the main contact for the guest seeking an experience in or outside of the resort and responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.

Who We Look For:

We are seeking an individual who has experience in a luxury hotel environment as a Concierge. A candidate who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything she/he does. We look for individuals with the highest integrity, an eye for detail, and collaborative nature.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

  • Previous experience from a Concierge of a 5* hotel or guest facing luxury environment is a plus.
  • Clef d’Or certification is beneficial.
  • Positive attitude, creativity, resourcefulness, detail-orientation, service-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills; reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language. Knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus.
  • Guest centricity and understanding the importance of guest’s preferences.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work all types of shifts, weekends and holidays.
  • Strong computer skills, inc a knowledge of Opera.

Responsibilities

  • Handles all guests need with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
  • Resolves customer complaints, assist customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.
  • Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner making recommendations based on local knowledge and hotel practices.
  • Processes packages, faxes, messages, and mail which may be either outgoing or incoming in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
  • Assure that desk collateral and information for restaurants, museums, attractions, maps, and other local attractions are updated and current.
  • Knows what activities are available in the city (theatre, sports, concerts, shows, special exhibits, sightseeing) and establishes close contacts with vendors in these areas in order to provide information, ticketing, and reservations for guests.
  • Stores and retrieves guest luggage and packages.
  • Utilizes a variety of software programs to accurately input special arrangements the guest has made and to assure proper billing.
