You will be responsible to drive operational efforts to achieve guest satisfaction within Front Office Department from arrival preparation during the stay comfort until smooth departure experience. You will also esnure that all guest needs and comments are proactively taken care of with guest first mindset solutions.


Due to the limitation of work permits, this position is only available for Indonesian applicants.

  • Experienced in the Luxorius Hotel environment
  • Preferably with experience as Duty Manager
  • Well versed with Opera, Medallia, Hotsos, as well as other system and reports.
  • Enjoys interaction and naturally well versed with social conversation
  • Confident problem solver with guest first mindset while keeping the integrity of the operation intact
  • Well versed in managing different departments relations to achieve results required.
