- Gym Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operations of a hotel or other establishment during the night shift.
- Manage and oversee all gym operations.
- Train and supervise gym staff, including fitness instructors and personal trainers.
- Develop and manage budgets and financial plans.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety throughout the facility.
- Promote and market the gym to attract new members.
- Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional manner.
- Organize and promote fitness classes and special events.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Fitness Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 3-years’ experience in a managerial role, preferably in a gym or fitness center.
- Strong understanding of the fitness industry.
- Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
