Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and building maintenance systems
- Experienced in preventive maintenance planning and implementation
- Able to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Strong leadership, supervisory, and team management skills
- Capable of preparing maintenance reports and monitoring engineering budgets
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and maintenance documentation
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, is an advantage
- Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
- Able to join immediately is preferred
