Requirements
- Senior technical or maintenance leadership experience in hospitality or property operations
- Strong understanding of building systems, utilities, and villa infrastructure
- Experience managing maintenance across multiple properties
- Hands-on, solution-oriented mindset with strong organisational skills
- Comfortable managing teams, contractors, and external vendors
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Fluent in English; Bahasa Indonesia is a strong advantage
