FINANCIAL CONTROLLER
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum five (5) years of progressive experience in Finance & Accounting, with at least two (2) years in the same position at International Hotel Chain.
- English is a must (written and spoken).
- Strong knowledge of hotel financial operations, including Financial Reporting, Budgeting, Forecasting, Cash Flow Management.
- Excellent knowledge of Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK), taxation regulations, and statutory compliance.
- Proven ability to prepare monthly financial statements, annual budgets, cash flow forecasts, and management reports.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships across all departments.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to provide financial insights that support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Has strong administration and advanced computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and hotel financial reporting systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong guest-focused mindset with an understanding of the financial impact on luxury guest experiences and service excellence.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
