Now seeking for potential candidate to fullfill following position:
General Manager/Resort Manager
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in luxury hospitality industry with at least 2 years in General Manager / Resort Manager / Director of Operations position
- Strong background in luxury resort, boutique resort, wellness resort, or villa management
- Strong leadership, people management, and organizational development skills
- Excellent understanding of Rooms Division, Food & Beverage, Revenue Management, Sales & Marketing, and overall hotel operations
- Proven ability to drive guest satisfaction, financial performance, and operational excellence
- Strong business acumen including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and revenue strategy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage
- Deep understanding of Bali hospitality market and luxury guest expectations
- Passionate about personalized service, wellness hospitality, and guest experience
- Able to build positive work culture and lead multicultural teams
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, adaptive, and solution-driven personality
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills with owners, stakeholders, and local communitiesAble to join immediately.
