Operational Manager
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in hotel operations or similar role
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- In-deph knowledge of hotel SOPs
- Problem-solving mindset and guest oriented approach
- Able to coordinate with multiple departmets and ensure smooth daily operations
- Good understanding of budgeting, cost control and sevice standards
- Able to handle guest complaints and service recovery and fluent in English
- Placement in Ubud – Bali
