Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a leadership culinary role within an international hotel or reputable restaurant.
- Strong culinary knowledge with proven ability to maintain food quality, presentation, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire, train, and develop a high-performing culinary team.
- Good understanding of menu development, cost control, budgeting, and kitchen operational efficiency.
- Strong communication skills in English with excellent problem-solving, organization, and teamwork abilities.
