Qualifications:
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in the related position at hotel/resort industry
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of operational standards based on each department
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and service oriented
- Able to work under pressure and target oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and related system/software
- Good command in English both oral and written
- Creative, responsible, disciplined, and highly motivated
