ASSISTANT FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and service excellence orientation.
- Good knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and hospitality standards.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Good understanding of hospitality operations, service standards, and guest satisfaction.
- Familiar with VHP (Visual Hotel Program) or similar hotel operating systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong capabilities in team management, upselling, cost control, and revenue management.
- Demonstrates integrity, accountability, professionalism, and a continuous improvement mindset
