Food & Beverage Manager
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the same position within an international hotel chain or reputable hospitality company.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work in a pre-opening environment is an advantage.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Results-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and positive attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant hotel systems
- Pre Opening experience with the same position is an advantage
- National Talent
Position-Specific Requirements
- Strong background in restaurant, bar, banquet, and overall F&B operations.
- Experience in menu planning, cost control, and revenue optimization.
- Excellent guest service and team management skills.
- Experience in planning and executing promotions, special events, and seasonal campaigns in collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams.
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
