General Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in a luxury villa, boutique resort, luxury hotel, or premium hospitality brand.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Positive attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Professional appearance, excellent grooming standards, and a high level of discipline.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
- Strong command of both written and spoken English, additional foreign language skills are an advantage.
We are seeking an inspiring leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences while maintaining the highest operational standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing restaurant or food and beverage operations within a luxury hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop team members.
- Excellent knowledge of luxury dining and guest service standards.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, inventory control, scheduling, and cost management.
- Ability to resolve guest concerns professionally and create memorable dining experiences.
- Familiarity with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards is an advantage.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
