RESTAURANT & BAR MANAGER
General Requirements:
- Min. 3 years working experience in the same / similar position.
- Having a strong understanding on the multi nationalities markets of Bali.
- Having strong knowledge in Food & Beverage Department.
- Well versed with HACCP standard and requirements.
- A strategic thinker with strong ability to develop innovative, out of the box solutions and perform under pressure.
- Optimize financial performance by implementing strong budget control and maximizing revenue.
- Excellent leadership skills with a hands-on, lead by example work style.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and maintain product & service quality standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
