Requirements :
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position in a resort or established restaurant
- Solid knowledge of F&B operations and service standards
- Proven ability to drive revenue, manage targets, and control operational costs
- Excellent guest service and communication skills
- Able to manage team, service quality, and daily operations
