Main Requirement
- Proven experiences minimum 2 years in a similar role at 5-star Hotel / Resort.
- Ability to train & develop the staff, innovate & implement new ideas, build team morale, and demonstrated effective leadership skills including delegation skills
- Proficiency in English (oral and written).
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Time Management efficiently
