Open Position: Digital Marketing & Growth Manager (Direct Bookings)
Key Responsibility
- Run Meta (IG/FB) ads hands-on (setup, optimization, creative testing, budget pacing)
- Set up and manage retargeting (website visitors, booking intent, IG engagers)
- Ensure tracking & measurement works (Pixel/events audit; coordinate fixes with website/booking engine support)
- Improve conversion across website/booking engine + WhatsApp funnel (scripts, response time SOP, follow-up cadence)
- Work weekly with Sales Manager using pickup and “need dates” to push the right fenced offers (last-minute, midweek, long stay, packages)
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience with Meta ads + retargeting and measurable results
- Hospitality/travel experience preferred (hotel/villa/resort)
- Able to share past campaign examples and explain weekly optimization decisions
- Strong English communication (majority of our guests are European)
KPIs
- Retargeting + conversion campaigns live and optimized (warm + hot audiences)
- Tracking verified (Pixel/events working; weekly reporting)
- Direct booking performance improves (increase in qualified WhatsApp inquiries and/or website bookings)
