E-commerce Manager
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the hotel industry, preferably as an E-commerce Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), Channel Manager, Booking Engine, as well as rate and inventory management.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret business performance data and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Possess a proactive problem-solving mindset and the ability to deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each hotel.
- Demonstrate a high level of commitment, professionalism, and responsiveness, maintaining prompt communication as a Corporate representative in supporting hotel operations.
