Requirements
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, attention to detail, and leadership skills.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position within a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality brand.
- Strong understanding of luxury hospitality standards, guest expectations, and service excellence.
- Relevant educational background in Hospitality, Tourism, Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- Good personality, positive attitude, high motivation, and strong team spirit.
- Demonstrates resilience in managing work challenges and flexibility with work schedules.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of hotel systems relevant to the position is an advantage.
