General Requirements
- Relevant educational background based on the position applied.
- Minimum 1–5 years of experience in a similar position, depending on the role and level
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good command of English, both spoken and written
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and positive attitude
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Honest, disciplined, responsible, and reliable
- Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email
- Knowledge of hospitality standards and procedures
- Previous pre-opening experience is an advantage
- Willing to join ASAP
