Assistant Sales Manager
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in luxury hospitality.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, well-groomed, and guest service-oriented.
- Responsible, able to work under pressure, and available to join immediately.
Position-Specific Requirements
- Proven track record and established network with international and domestic luxury travel partners and deep familiarity with the Bali luxury villa market.
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills, with a solid understanding of revenue management principles.
