Summary
As an Hostess Team Leader (Supervisor), welcoming and creating the first impression for guests. These individuals have the ability to influence the overall restaurant experience through their interactions which include providing table accommodations and offering menu recommendations. Hosts/Hostesses may be the final point of contact and have the ability to ensure guest satisfaction. If you have worked as a restaurant host or restaurant hostess, your skills are invaluable to the position of Host/Hostess. Your restaurant job experience will give you the tools to be successful.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:
- A Diploma or Degree in hospitality or similar
- Previous experience in a similar role in a 5 star restaurant
- Self motivated and outgoing personality, enjoy working as part of a team
- Well presented and demonstrated good communication skills as well as leading by example
- Tactful, self-confident, passionate and poised
- Good administration
