REVENUE & E-COMMERCE MANAGER
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Hotel Management, Marketing or relevant field required
- Minimum of 3 years experience in same position.
- Good command in both written and spoken English.
- Strong understanding of the digital landscape and products.
- Confident to resolve customer complaints and handle escalated inquiries effectively.
- Ability to effectively delegate, follow up and communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Having excellent attention to detail
- Familiar with VHP system will be a plus
- Preferably Resident in Bali
