*Position Overview:*

The Director of Sales & Marketing will lead and oversee all aspects of sales and marketing activities for our luxury hotel. This role is pivotal in driving revenue, enhancing brand presence, and ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in luxury hospitality and a deep understanding of market trends and guest expectations.

*Key Responsibilities:*

  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve hotel revenue goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including social media, SEO/SEM, and online advertising, to enhance brand visibility.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and guest feedback to refine strategies and maximize opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments, such as operations and guest services, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Manage the sales budget, forecasting, and financial reporting, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness.
  • Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand recognition.

*Qualifications:*

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in sales and marketing within the luxury hospitality industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of luxury market segments, particularly in leisure, corporate, and group sales.
  • Proven success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Expertise in digital marketing strategies and tools, including social media platforms, CRM systems, and analytics.
  • In-depth understanding of the luxury hotel market and customer expectations.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities, with a results-oriented approach.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Flexibility to travel and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
