- Operation Manager
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar or assistant position
- English proficiency in verbal and written, additional language (s) is an
- Advance leadership skill in managing the entire operational of a villa complex which include various sections.
- Efficiency and Professionalism is mandatory.
- Excellent communication, customer oriented and a problem solver.
- Capable in managing all employees in various sections and to conduct an enhance training for employee development.
- Computer literate, and capable in reporting, administration and operational data analysis.
- Knowledgeable in the administration & operation of Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, Front Office, and Property Maintenance.
- Excellent Team Player.
