Revolver Espresso is proud to presented 3 venues : Revolver Espresso Seminyak established in 2012, Baby Revolver in Pe tenget, established in 2013. and in 2020 we have new venue in Canggu, that we called as Revolver Canggu Coffee Window, and in 2021 we will elevate and develop this venue to be new brand as Revolver Cafe.Eatery.Bar. Along with opening and developing our venue in 2021, we have plan to change our brand and concept not only as coffee ins tu on but to be Cafe, Eatery and Bar.

Overview position :

The purpose of the position is to develop and manage the culinary profile (menus) about brand through developing and delivering the individual food concepts, products and service requirements.

The position plays a key contributory role in the establishment of Revolver Espresso culinary department by working with internal stakeholders to build, maintain and strengthen products and services delivered to our client and customer base.

Qualifications for Head Chef, are :

  1. Fluent in English both oral and written
  2. Have experiences in this position minimum 2-3 years
  3. Have experiences in Restaurant background (Especially in western cuisine)
  1. Experience in sole creation and implementation of menu design and concepts.
  2. Experience managing staff through negotiating and influencing actions within a challenging and fast paced working environment.
  3. Strong ability to plan and execute strategies to provide customer experience and service delivery at speed.
  1. Demonstrated business acumen in kitchen related disciplines
  1. Knowledge of contemporary trends in hospitality, food & Beverage related industries, including changes in business models and frameworks, risks, issues and challenges.
  2. Knowledge of kitchen processes, systems, services,
  1. Knowledge of new and possible culinary technology pertaining to the creation and production food offerings
  2. Have good attitude and leadership skills
  3. Can join immediately

Overview Position :

The purpose of the position for providing supportive leadership to kitchen staff throughout food service. Their duties include assisting the Head Chef in monitoring kitchen activities, expediting orders to ensure quality taste or presentation and taking on additional responsibilities in the Head Chef’s absence to ensure that kitchen staff has proper direction.

  1. Fluent in English both oral and written
  2. Have experiences in this position minimum 2-3 years
  1. Exceptional cooking skills
  2. Ability to effectively manage the kitchen staff, motivate them and assign duties fairly
  3. Familiarity with the best practices in restaurant/café
  4. Knowledge of health and safety standards
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Point of Sale and restaurant management software
  6. Ability to multitask and work quickly under pressure
  7. Advanced verbal and written communication skills
  8. Attention to detail and organizational skills
  9. Have good attitude and leadership skills
