The Grand Daha Luxury Villas, is currently seeking an experienced, hard working, passionate, and loyal candidate for a Culinary Director position to lead and elevate the culinary operations across multiple luxury villa properties. Qualification :
- Minimum 3 year experience as a Culinary Director or equivalent role in a hotel or villa.
- Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills in English
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong understanding of luxury food and beverage service standards for personalized guest experiences.
- Creativity and innovation in food and beverage concepts and operations.
- Knowledgeable in food trends, cost control, and sanitation standards.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and compliance.
