The Kuta Beach Heritage Hotel, Bali – Managed by AccorHotels is 5 stars hotel, located next to the famous Kuta Beach. We have 159 rooms & Suites, Business center, SPA, GYM, Swimming Pool, Lobby Lounge, Specialty Restaurant, Pool Bar, Room Service, Meeting Room, and an attractive and trendy bar on the Roof Top.

We are urgently require candidates to fill these positions as below:

1. Asst. Director of Sales
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of Sales management experience or at least 1 years of experience in a similar capacity with proven records, preferably in minimum 4 star hotel setting
• High degree of professionalism with strong understanding of global markets and business acumen
• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and customer contact skills
• Results and service oriented with an eye for details
• Ability to multi-task, work well in stressful & high-pressure situations
• A team player & builder
• A motivator & self-starter
• Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
• Accor Hotels experience will be an added advantage

2. Sales Manager
Requirements:
• 2 (one) year Sales management experience, preferably in minimum 4 star hotel setting
• A strong understanding of overall hotel business especially in Leisure International markets
• Accor Hotels experience will be an added advantage
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent Sales Skills
• Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
• Excellent Presentation and Public speaking skills
• Ability to communicate at all levels
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and take initiative
• Dynamic, independent, motivated person
• Must have attitude: Outgoing, Friendly, Helpful, Responsible, Computers skills (word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software)
• Accor Hotels experience will be an added advantage

3. Sales Executive
Requirements:
• 2 (one) year Sales management experience, preferably in minimum 4 star hotel setting

5. Asst. Front Office Manager
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
• Well groomed, outgoing personality and good interpersonal skill
• Creative, energetic, and innovative person
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and training skills
• Good communication and customer contact skills
• Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage
• Results and service oriented with an eye for details
• Ability to multi-task, work well in stressful & high-pressure situations

6. Asst. Executive Housekeeper
Requirements:
• Good teamwork, result oriented and communication skill
• Hard worker and able to work under pressure
• Able to communicate in English both oral and written
• Experienced in same position minimum 1 – 2 years, preferably in an international chain
• Positive attitude, self-motivated and hard worker.
• Possesses Leadership skills and ensure that staff members or workers are comfortable while working in the setup
• Able to conduct Training about Housekeeping knowledge

7. Junior Sous Chef
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and training skills
• Well groomed, outgoing personality and good interpersonal skill
• Ability to multi-task, work well in stressful & high-pressure situations
• A motivator & self-starter
• A team player & builder
• Active English, Spoken & Written
• Service oriented with an eye for details
• Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team

8. Storekeeper – Daily Worker
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.
• Active English, Spoken & Written.
• Fresh graduated is welcome.
• Active English, Spoken & Written.
• Well groomed, outgoing personality and good interpersonal skill.

9. Pool Attendant – Daily Worker
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.
• Active English, Spoken & Written.
• Know how to do first aid.
• Can Swim

10. Trainee Department:
• Receiving
