- Training Manager
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver impactful training programs aligned with business objectives and employee needs
- Conduct needs assessments and identify training gaps to ensure effective program development
- Manage the entire training lifecycle, including planning, budgeting, logistics, and evaluation
- Utilize innovative training methods, such as online learning platforms, workshops, and simulations
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement
- Build strong relationships with department heads and employees to understand training requirements
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in training and development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Training Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficienly in using learning management system and other relevant software.
- Passion for employee development and a commitment to creating a positive learning environment.
