- Villa Manager with E-commerce experience
With general qualifications:
- Looking for someone who have a proven experience in hotel e-commerce, hotel sales and marketing, hospitality, or creative industries only
- Proven ability to manage and develop sales and marketing teams such as extranets (booking.com, expedia, direct booking), travel agents and other e-commerce systems with 5 years of experience in Hotel e-commerce
- Excellent leadership skills with a hands-on, lead-by-example work style. Negotiating skills are mandatory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong motivation, detail oriented, responsible and able to work under pressure
- Salary up to 20 million (package) for suitable experience candidates with proven track record
- Looking for someone who can be fully dedicated to the hotel (Full time)
- Contract period only for qualified candidate after a 3 month trial period
- Able to join immediately
