Senior Human Resources Manager
General Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related fields.
- Minimum 2 – 4 year of experience in a managerial role within a 4 or 5 star rated hotel.
- Computer literacy, verbal and written articulacy.
- Key skills include communication, organization, conflict resolution and knowledge of employment law.
- HR certification are often preferred for advancement.
- Professional discretion.
- Able to handle Legal, Training, Recruitment.
- Good command of English (written and spoken) is preferred.
- Bali based.
