Human Resources Manager
Requirement:
- Graduated from Hospitality, Tourism, or related educational program
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a luxury hotel, villa, or hospitality environment
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, Indonesian labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies
- Good understanding of recruitment, employee relations, training & development, performance management, payroll, and HR administration
- Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Guest-oriented mindset with excellent service standards
- Ability to work in a luxury villa environment
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Available to join immediately is an advantage
