FINANCE & ACCOUNTING
Chief Accountant
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all accounting and financial operations for the property
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, and cost control
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies
- Supervise accounting team and daily financial transactions
- Coordinate with management for financial planning and reporting
- Support pre-opening financial setup, systems, and procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum 4–6 years experience in accounting/finance, preferably in hospitality
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and accounting systems
- Experience in managing budgets and financial controls
- Leadership and team management skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Pre-opening experience is an advantage
