We are excited to announce career opportunities for pre opening hotel in Nusa Dua, Bali . At Paasha Resort & Spa Nusa Dua , we are seeking passionate, dynamic, and experienced hospitality professionals to join our pre-opening team for the following positions:
Chief Accountant
General Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the same position within an international hotel chain or reputable hospitality company.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work in a pre-opening environment is an advantage.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Results-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and positive attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant hotel systems
- Pre Opening experience with the same position is an advantage
- National Talent
Position-Specific Requirements
- Strong knowledge of hotel accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Income Audit, and Cost Control.
- Good understanding of hotel financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end closing.
- Familiar with Indonesian accounting standards, taxation, and statutory reporting requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with hotel accounting/ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of internal controls and financial procedures.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and integrity in handling financial information.
- Good leadership and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.
