OPERATIONS
- Villa Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee overall villa operations, ensuring service excellence and guest satisfaction
- Lead and coordinate all departments during pre-opening and daily operations
- Develop and implement SOPs, operational standards, and service procedures
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, and cost control
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and company standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in villa/hospitality management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven experience in pre-opening is highly preferred
- Strong financial, operational, and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English with excellent communication
- Pre-opening experience is an advantage
