Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in food & beverage operations, with supervisory or leadership experience preferred, previous experience as a Bartender is highly preferred (1). Minimum 2 years of experience as Commis at hospitality (2).
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, guest service, team management, and multitasking skills. Good knowledge of restaurant operations, beverage service, and cost control (1). Good communication skills, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities (2).
- Attributes: Professional demeanour, customer service-oriented, confident in handling guest concerns, team-oriented, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure.
