CHIEF ACCOUNTANT

Located in the vibrant heart of Petitenget, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Chief Accountant to join our hospitality team.
We are looking for a professional with strong expertise in accounting, finance, taxation, and financial reporting, together with integrity, accountability, and excellent attention to detail. This is a long-term career opportunity for someone committed to professional growth with us.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily financial operations, including AP, AR, payroll, general ledger, and reporting.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Ensure accurate financial records and compliance with local regulations.
- Coordinate tax reporting, audits, and external accountants.
- Monitor licenses, permits, and legal documentation.
- Support HQ and cross-functional teams with financial and administrative matters.
- Oversee procurement and office inventory with a focus on cost efficiency.
REQUIREMENTS
- Indonesian citizen, 35–45 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, finance, taxation, and reporting.
- Experience in budgeting and forecasting.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Highly disciplined, accountable, and detail-oriented.
- Fluent in English, written and spoken.
