CHIEF ACCOUNTANT
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chief Accountant or Senior Accountant in the hospitality industry.
- Previous pre-opening hotel or villa project experience is highly preferred.
- Proficient in using VHP (Visual Hotel Program) accounting and hotel management system.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards, taxation, and financial regulations.
- Experienced in preparing and reviewing financial statements, budgeting, cash flow management, and month-end/year-end closing.
- Thorough understanding of tax compliance, including VAT (PPN), withholding taxes (PPh), and tax reporting.
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing and developing an accounting team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.
